Sponsor: Children’s Advocacy Center of Johnson County; hereinafter referred to as CACJCTX, located at 1304 Country Club Rd, Cleburne, TX 76033, a tax exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, is conducting this raffle/opportunity drawing pursuant to Subchapter “A” of Chapter 2002 of the Occupations Code, Texas Codes Annotated, known as The Charitable Raffle Enabling Act, effective January 1, 1990, to raise funds for the Johnson County Children’s Advocacy Center. The Rules and Regulations of the CACJCTX 2022 Ford F-150 XLT Supercrew Truck Raffle are set forth below. By purchasing a raffle ticket, the purchaser agrees to be bound by these rules and regulations.
The winner does not need to be present to win. However, the winner, must be 21 years old or older, a U.S. citizen or non-citizen that can provide a social security number or Tax ID Number (TIN), and who holds a valid driver’s license, is solely responsible for any and all costs associated with license, title, registration, sales taxes and federal income taxes. Winner must also show proof of car insurance prior to picking up the vehicle at the dealership. Neither Cleburne FORD or CACJCTX takes responsibility for any tax liabilities.
Winner may work with Cleburne Ford to pay for an upgrade or to order a different color, but this is solely an agreement between the winner and Cleburne Ford after the winning ticket has been drawn and upgrades are solely the winner’s expense.
Single tickets are $100 each

Drawing will happen at Cowboys for Kids Gala on August 27, 2022. A Maximum of 1,500 tickets will be sold.

BY ENTERING THIS RAFFLE, ENTRANTS ACCEPT AND AGREE (1) TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE RULES, LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS SET FORTH HERE AND (2) THAT THEIR NAMES AND/OR LIKENESSES MAY BE DISCLOSED TO AND USED BY THE NEWS MEDIA AND MAY OTHERWISE BE USED BY THE JOHNSON COUNTY CHILDREN’S ADVOCACY CENTER FOR PUBLICITY PURPOSES IN BOTH PRINT AND DIGITAL MEDIA. OTHER RULES AND REGULATIONS MAY APPLY. PLEASE CONTACT CHILDREN’S ADVOCACY CENTER OF JOHNSON COUNTY IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. THE JONHNSON COUNTY CHILDREN’S ADVOCACY CENTER’S INTERPRETATION AND APPLICATION OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS SHALL BE FINAL. (3) BY ENTERING THIS RAFFLE VIA A RAFFLE TICKET PURCHASE, EACH PARTICIPANT RELEASES CACJCTX, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND CAUSED BY PARTICIPATING IN THE RAFFLE OR WINNING THE PRIZE OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE, AND EACH WINNER, BY THE ACT OF PURCHASING A RAFFLE TICKET, AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD CACJCTX HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATING IN THE RAFFLE OR THE WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. THE ACT OF PURCHASING A RAFFLE TICKET WILL BE CONSIDERED CONFIRMATION OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED RELEASE AND WAIVER AS A CONDITION TO RECEIVING SUCH PRIZE.
A RAFFLE PARTICIPANT’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR A CACJCTX BREACH SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE RETURN OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR HIS OR HER RAFFLE TICKET(S). IN NO EVENT SHALL CACJCTX, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURIES TO EARNINGS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
